NursingA profession that recalls the name of Florence Nightingale is indeed the noblest of all the professions in the world. The job of a nurse incorporates an extensive range of responsibilities related to the care of those who are sick or educating those who are well. In a hospital, from the general ward to the operation theatre, nursing is the most important part of the patient care. Contrary to the popular belief, nursing is not a second choice for those unable to gain entry into medical schools. These two professions, though complementary require separate skills and temperaments.
