Construction
Manager’s work entails working out the sequence of operations at each stage of
construction and organising workers, equipment and materials. They are
completely and fully responsible for the completion of the project without any
cost or time overruns. In case of large projects they allocate subcontracts to
specialist contractors.

Qualification:
Construction
Management and Project Management have become a challenging option for
graduates in architecture and civil engineering. Postgraduate courses in construction
management can be pursued after B.Arch/B.E. (Civil). Two well-known institutes
