Nature has equipped us with means to survive against all odds. As a new born, we can’t speak, we can’t walk or run. When a new born baby needs help, baby draws our attention by crying. Baby’s innocent face compels us to help. It does not matter whether baby is yours or not.
Nothing is permanent in this Nature.
We start our Career with one job profile which keeps changing with industry and times. To stay in-tune with it, it is important to evolve, keep learning new skills to make yourself useful for others and yourself. Nature has provided us all the possibilities to survive and change with time. We fail, when we do not change or do not recognize our capacity to survive. |

Thoughts are generated due to our sensory interaction with real life or imaginary situations, our surroundings, what we eat or drink etc.
These thoughts can be positive or negative in nature. When we have positive thoughts, we feel good. When we have negative thoughts, we do not feel good.
Our "Buddhi" has the power to allow processing of thoughts or discard the same.
Our mind is constantly processing thoughts and through our senses or emotions, reacting to what was processed.
A Place of Worship, where people prayers gets fulfilled, has positive vibrations. Here majority of visitors are positive thinkers. When a person with negative thinking visit such a place, surrounding positivity influence negativity and person feels better.
A Place with majority of people with negative thinking will influence even positive thinking people, when such a person visits the place.
Mothers, generally recognize this fact, and influence their children not to be in the company of negative people.
A nation which has majority of positive thinking people progresses faster than the others nations. A city which has majority of positive thinking people progresses faster than the others cities. A family which has majority of positive thinking members progresses faster than the others families.
Once we understand importance of being positive, how we make it part of our life. Let us suppose someone said something which makes us very angry. With anger, comes a thought to react. More we think about it, more we get upset. We will spend endless hours to even that situation.
Due to this negative thought process we become a loser:
- We waste our valuable time.
- We harmed our body due to negativity/resentment.
- As a result of this negativity, generated more negativity. Sometime, this negativity becomes a habit.
Best way of handling thoughts:
- When a thought comes, rather than letting mind to react to it instantly, apply Buddhi first. Check whether it is worth it to spend our valuable time to consider and process that thought. If that thought does not help us in any way, why allow mind to process it, let it go.
- Thinking is endless process, accept new thought and handle same way as above.
- Allow thoughts which contribute to in positive way.
- Futile thoughts come to our mind all the time.
- Thoughts that generate, fear, anger, jealousy, ahankar are worthless. Any such thought should not be considered and allowed to go
